Milestone Protected Area Management Board Summit Held

A milestone Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) Summit which aims to advance the status of and provide the direction for PA management in the country was held last July 10-12, 2013 in Panglao Island, Bohol.

This summit was organized by the Protected Area, Wildlife, Coastal Zone and Management Services (PAWCZMS) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Region VII, in partnership with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI), Foundation for the Philippine Environment (FPE), Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) and the Cebu Uniting for Sustainable Water (CUSW).
