Project Goals and Objectives

2. Specific Objectives

Specific objectives of the proposed project:

 

1. Provide access to safe drinking water through the installation of hydraulic ram pump to at least 420 people and electricity through solar power (home system) to at least 15 households.

Encourage active participation and involvement of at least 110 households in biodiversity protection and conservation initiatives.

 

3. Strengthen the technical capabilities of at least 25 bantay gubat members in Biodiversity Monitoring and Evaluation and in apprehending illegal activities in the watershed.

 

4. Maintain and sustain the operations of the Essential Oil Production Project and provide sustainable livelihood activities to at least 50 households.

 

5. Propagate and planted at least 10,000 seedlings of fruit and endemic trees species in the multiple use zone and in the surrounding areas of the water sources wherein hydraulic ram pumps are installed.
