Project Goals and Objectives

The project was conducted to enhance general public awareness on the role played by civil society and NGOs in national development, to showcase the products of the development community to the mainstream market and to enhance networking/business opportunities among NGOs and POs.

Outputs and Outcomes

The project introduced the products of NGOs and POs, in particular members of CODE-NGO, to mainstream market. A development forum on CSO-government partnership and active citizenship for effective governance and reform was conducted, as well as a photo exhibit. Strict compliance to ecological principles was ensured (e.g., all timber products in the trade fair have been certified as being harvested sustainably).
