Project Goals and Objectives

Provide a venue for sharing, learning, and updating  current strategies and thrusts of partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration in Mindanao

Outputs and Outcomes

Imparted deeper understanding and appreciation of the FPE’s current initiatives, systems and strategic direction; Updated on  FPE’s  projects and accomplishments;Leadership turn-over conducted;15 RAC members made commitments to perform functions after being oriented of their roles in FPE  Mindanao orientation; Current Mindanao development and environmental challenges within the Agusan River Basin (ARB)  and Mindanao River Basin (MRB) project sites  discussed; Agreements made on succeeding initiatives and interventions; Pressing environmental issues and concerns as well as the current interventions being done to address the regional environmental challenges in the respective bioregions, in relation to the Mindanao Regional Environmental Agenda (REA)  are shared and discuss; Agreements made on succeeding initiatives and interventions; RAC members  informed of the  proposed amendment to the FPE By-laws for  Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) for transparency purposes; RAC members, BOT and FPE staff   bonded for  for a facilitative working  relationship
