Project Goals and Objectives

This project aims to strengthen the network through the development of its institutional structure and processes.

Outputs and Outcomes

Actual Outputs: 
•  RFRI’s Vision, Mission, Goal and Main Thrusts were reviewed and revised accordingly. 
• The network decided that instead of a 3-Year Plan, it is now a 5-Year Strategic Plan from July 2018 to June 2023
• Operational Plan for RFRI’s Strategic Plan for 2018-2023 developed for adoption
• A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been drafted between RFRI members to define their roles in the implementation of RFRI’s Strategic and Operational Plans for 2018-2021

Overall Project Impact
Through the effort of each member, the network was able to develop a 5-Year Strategic and Implementation Plan that will define and provide direction on how it will advocate for its Rainforestation Agenda for the next 5 years. 
The project also served as an avenue for the RFRI members to re-affirm their commitment and clarify their roles as members of the network.
