Project Goals and Objectives

1. Recognize the contributions of FPE and its partners in advancing BCSD, including good (best) practices and lessons learned in the last twenty five years; 2. Present to the general public the Foundation’s strategic directions in the next 10 years

Outputs and Outcomes

Orientation on Roles and Responsibilities of RAC was conducted, Luzon Regional Unit Accomplishments and Challenges were presented; Issues and Updates per REA per Regional Representation were reported and documented; REA Matrix was reviewed and enhanced where Empowered Communities was set as top priority agenda; Priority regions per REA were determined; RAC M&E core group per REA was determined; Lead writer per REA for the narrative write-up was identified; Setting up of deadlines and scheduling of RAC M&E were determined; Regional Activities for the Regional Celebration of FPE 25th Anniversary were determined and finalized, i.e. conferences and Small Grant Writeshop
