Project Goals and Objectives

To activate a Secretariat which shall roll out the organization of the Steering Committee and continue the secretariat work for it for Bulusan Volcano Natural Park (BVNP)

Outputs and Outcomes

1. Conduct series of meetings with the cluster members; 2. Formulate Secretariat and Steering Committee Terms of Reference; 3. Coordinate the convening of the Steering Committee and Monitoring Secretariat
