Project Goals and Objectives

To provide technical assistance to Local Partners, Local Government Units on mainstreaming PHE in their programs, enhancing their LCCAP, accessing the PSF, and generate lessons learned in the development and implementation of LCCAP.

Outputs and Outcomes

Target Outputs
•  Capacitate Local Government Units (LGUs) on Population, Health and Environment (PHE)-Climate Change Adaptation (CCA)-Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR); 
•  Capacitate LGUs on mainstreaming Population, Health and Environment (PHE) by enhancing their Local Climate Change Adaptation Plan (LCCAP), and accessing People's Survival Fund (PSF);
•  Build partnerships with LGUs in establishing follow through projects/ activities cognizant to their LCCAP;
•  Assist LGUs in the delivery of these projects/ activities compliant to People's Survival Fund (PSF) guidelines; and
e) Ensure process documentation.
