The Ancestral Domain is situated in the upstream of the NPC-Managed and other hydro-power plant, provided a venue to discuss a common environmental concerns; The current reality and environmental sustainability concerns within the participating ancestral domains discussed and document; The IPRA-mandated Environmental Accountabilities of ancestral domain owners, discussed; The current approval process of National Power Corporation (NPC) Project Proposal (Petition), to the Energy Regulation Commissions (ERC), under EPIRA, discussed and elaborated; and Both the NCIP Legal Officers and the participating Ancestral Domain Owners provided appropriate information on the Universal Charge-Environmental Charge (UC-EC), and on the ER1-94, as per EPIRA; and Action Plan for the Follow through
