Project Goals and Objectives

The project aims to: articulate the position of civil society groups, especially the POs, NGO-support groups and the Church, on the aggressive stand of the government on mining; and consolidate the calls of concerned individuals and group to confront the issue of the revitalization of the mining industry.

Outputs and Outcomes

NGOs/POs were able to articulate their position on the mining issue in a press conference covered by print media. a total of five articles regarding mining printed within three days after the event were clipped and collected
